Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting customers in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, demonstrating a strong customer focus and empathy
- Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, using available resources to provide the best outcome

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
