Responsibilities

  • Utilize Customer Voice skills to gather feedback and improve service quality.
  • Analyze data using MS Excel to generate reports that support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Procure to Pay
  • Procurement processes.
  • Enhance user experience by implementing feedback and innovative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the creation of user-friendly documentation and guides.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Customer Voice and MS Excel to analyze and improve service processes.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Procure to Pay
  • Procurement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Show adaptability and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly.

Certifications Required
