The Mission of US Customer Finance
Our US Customer Finance team is the heartbeat of arenaflex's customer-facing operations. We provide centralized financial expertise to our various customer interaction channels, including brand marketing, loyalty programs, partnerships, order & pick-up channels, and payments. We partner closely with business teams to deliver reporting and support that helps us achieve our strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst on our US Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for:
- Revenue Planning and Analysis: Own dynamic financial modeling that contributes to the US revenue build, providing actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
- Financial Acumen: Champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, leading with financial acumen, business knowledge, and expertise to influence business leaders and drive alignment to the strategic vision.
- Financial Presentations: Present financial results with actionable insights to drive alignment to the strategic vision, and influence business leaders as a trusted financial advisor.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert within US Finance to translate the financial impact of customer engagement strategies, setting the discount budget and influencing overall transaction projections.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of US military experience
* 5+ years of experience in a role performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting *
2+ years of experience in a role using electronic financial modeling skills
* 3+ years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader
