Your Role as a Customer Care Agent
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
