You'll walk them through their benefit options and help them get set up—all through virtual consultations.

Daily Duties
As a Customer Care Advisor, your daily duties will include:
- Conducting virtual client meetings to discuss available plans
- Offering recommendations and answering questions
- Helping complete applications and ensuring proper follow-up
