Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, your day-to-day interactions will include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits, such as:

  • Reducing Customer Effort: This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers feel supported and valued, getting their issues resolved with minimal effort on their part. You'll be the hero our customers rely on by combining technical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills to make them feel appreciated and taken care of by swiftly solving their concerns.

Essential Functions of the Role

* Working in a smoke-free environment

  • Skills:

+ Customer Service + Active Listening + Telephone Etiquette + Basic Computer Skills

  • Qualifications:

+ 3 years of experience + Experienced level

Requirements

* Windows 10 or newer computer or laptop

  • Dependable internet access
  • Dedicated workspace free of noise and distractions
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM - 11 PM EST, possible OT when needed

* Competitive hourly rate: $14.99 - $15 per hour
