Position Overview

As a Remote Manager in Training, you'll be responsible for leading our remote customer service team to deliver top-notch support and keep our clients thrilled. You'll use cutting-edge virtual tools to manage and support your team, no matter where they're based. You'll also have the opportunity to soak up knowledge from our leadership squad, learning the ropes and picking up skills that will set you up for success. Plus, you'll have the chance to bring fresh ideas to the table and help level up our customer service game.
