Experienced Part-Time Direct Care Specialist (Account Manager / Data Entry) – Customer Service & Operations Support

We're now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Direct Care Specialist (Account Manager / Data Entry) to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Summary:

As a Direct Care Specialist (Account Manager / Data Entry), you'll play a vital role in linking our Customer Service departments and other departments within arenaflex, providing customers with a single point of contact to reduce call transfers and enhance their overall experience. This unique position requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage various software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and technicians, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Place alarm systems on test and perform other technical tasks as assigned by the operations manager
• Update data information from clients in multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Assist with account setup and programming, including selling products and ordering requested items
• Participate in promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and growth
• Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager, including data entry and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails and correspondence
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in data entry and software systems
• Data Entry experience is a must, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter information into multiple systems
• Ability to answer multi-line phone systems within 3 rings and manage multiple tasks and software systems simultaneously
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Medical Terminology is helpful but not required

Additional Information:

* Part-Time (30 hours) position, working from home

• 1099 position, with a competitive hourly rate of $15/hour
• Entry-level position, with opportunities for growth and development
