Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone and texting support to our customers
- Contacting customers regarding balances and billing inquiries
- Offering sales support and guidance to customers
- Improving operational efficiencies and identifying areas for process improvement
- Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in PC software and ability to learn new computer systems
- Basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Availability for in-person training with our NJ staff in West Orange and Sparta NJ
