Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Inside Sales team, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers to determine their service needs and scheduling appointments for our technicians.
- Organizing sales calls and dispatching our service technicians to fix HVAC or plumbing issues.
- Prioritizing and entering data into our database using your computer skills.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
