Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Entry: Accurately input and update new parts, part numbers, and other related product information into the website's database, ensuring seamless integration and consistency.
• Content Management: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications, are up-to-date and properly formatted on the website, adhering to arenaflex's branding guidelines.
• Photoshop Editing: Use Photoshop to create or edit product images for the website, ensuring high-quality visuals and consistency with arenaflex's branding guidelines.
• Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience, providing a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
• Sage Software (MAS): Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into the website, streamlining our operations and improving efficiency.
• BigCommerce Management: Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience for customers.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure accurate and effective online content, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• IT Support: Provide basic IT support for troubleshooting website or content-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, content management, or a related field; experience with Sage software (MAS) and BigCommerce a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Basic knowledge of IT systems and software; certifications in data entry, content management, or a related field a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration).

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data entry, content management, or a related field; experience with Sage software (MAS) and BigCommerce a plus.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite; experience with web development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus.
• Certifications: Certifications in data entry, content management, or a related field; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) a plus.
