Your Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and fax. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming customer quotes, order requests, or questions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Evaluating, quoting, processing, and expediting requests and questions to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company revenue and profit goals
  • Communicating order status and part number information to internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Interfacing with third-party vendors to identify, purchase, and supply parts to customers
  • Processing repairs, returns, and credit memos in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reviewing and utilizing the SAP Complaint Management System to resolve customer concerns
  • Using feedback from customers and colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements to management

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer support role
  • 2+ years of experience working with an enterprise resource planning system (ERP)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office
  • The ability to manage and resolve customer conflicts or issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Skilled at adapting to ambiguous and changing situations that impact customer service
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to complete work with minimal supervision
  • Experience reading technical documents
  • Knowledge and experience working in SAP
