This role begins with handling inbound faxes and transitions to managing phone calls in a call center environment. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
  • Ensuring all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Following up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately inputting data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
