The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts by problem-solving, driving sales, and promoting products effectively. You will be part of Cornerstone Brands, including Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate, and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer experiences

• Assist customers with their orders and accounts by problem-solving and promoting products effectively
• Drive sales and promote products through effective communication and product knowledge
• Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer calls
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
• High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services not allowed)
• Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
• Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual environment and navigating multiple systems and screens

• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers and leaders
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
