Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, conduct virtual presentations, and assist clients with policy selection and additional coverage. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service

• Schedule appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
• Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
• Assist new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
• Complete applications and ensure underwriting requirements are met
• Track and report daily activity and sales metrics
• Participate in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and time management skills
