Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Lead - Automotive, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of customer service professionals: You'll be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they're meeting their performance goals.

  • Assisting with daily operations: You'll be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including answering customer calls, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our team is meeting their performance goals.
  • Improving productivity: You'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective methods to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Supervising warehouse staff and delivery drivers: You'll be responsible for supervising warehouse staff and delivery drivers, ensuring that they're meeting their performance goals and following company procedures.
  • Conducting evaluations and training: You'll be responsible for conducting monthly, semi-annual, or yearly evaluations for team members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they're meeting their performance goals.
  • Tracking and reviewing reports: You'll be responsible for tracking and reviewing reports, including customer satisfaction scores, sales reports, and operational reports, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assisting with training new hires: You'll be responsible for assisting with training new hires, ensuring that they're properly trained and equipped to meet their performance goals.
  • Resolving escalated customer service issues: You'll be responsible for resolving escalated customer service issues, providing a high level of service to our customers and ensuring that their concerns are addressed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or customer service, is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service: You'll need to have at least 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
