Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Inbound Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies
  • Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting sales targets on time and consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Guiding warm leads through the sales funnel and closing deals to achieve sales targets
