Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers to resolve their queries and provide solutions to their problems
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
