Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
