Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our patients and support our internal teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy. You'll also schedule appointments, provide accurate information about healthcare services, and maintain detailed records of all patient interactions.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with computers and communication tools

Essential Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
