Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your knowledge of classic cars and parts to assist customers in finding the right components for their projects
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues using our web-based tools and systems
  • Collaborating with our sales and inventory teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and technologies to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with parts for American classic and muscle cars (1930s–1980s)
  • A typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • Strong computer skills, including comfort navigating web-based tools like order management systems, CRMs, or product databases without needing step-by-step instructions
  • A friendly, helpful, customer-first attitude
  • Adaptability, as arenaflex is a rapidly changing and improving company

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior experience in automotive parts sales or customer service, as well as experience using Shopify, CRM platforms, or inventory tools, would be beneficial in this role.

Location and Work Environment

Our office is located in Boonton, NJ, but remote positions are available for non-local candidates with the right experience and skills. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
