Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs while guiding them through personalized coverage options. This is a remote position where you'll handle inbound inquiries, work with warm leads, and provide a seamless client experience. You'll combine customer service with consultative sales – no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Educating clients on insurance options that meet their needs
  • Providing support throughout the application process
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding
  • Tracking all communication and sales activity using CRM tools
  • Meeting individual performance and client satisfaction goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, empathetic, and reliable
  • Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting
  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and technology

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry

  • Life & Health insurance license
  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
