Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
