Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing insurance recommendations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Providing insurance recommendations and quotes to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Property/Casualty Insurance License
• 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in insurance software and systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM software and systems
