We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tinton Falls, NJ. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, managing scheduling, and handling multi-line phones with accuracy and composure.
  • Supporting customers with professionalism and urgency, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from scheduling to resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data, using our computer-based systems to track customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment: You've got the skills and experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems: You're comfortable using technology to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phones with accuracy and composure: You can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple phone lines with ease.
  • Must report daily to the office (no remote work available): You're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, office environment.
  • Weekend and shift flexibility may be required: You're willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to meet our customers' needs.

Compensation and Perks:
