Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a variety of tasks that ensure our patients receive timely and accurate support. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting patients in scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing clear information about our healthcare services
  • Maintaining detailed records of all interactions using our systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve patient concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and timely solutions

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and communication tools

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
