Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our research team to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all data entered
  • Identifying and reporting any errors or discrepancies in the data
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients and research participants
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A computer with internet access
  • A quiet workspace away from distractions
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent data entry skills, including accuracy and speed
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus
  • A background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields is also not necessary, but can be beneficial
