Job Description

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research and development efforts. You'll work closely with our team to collect and analyze data, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our research studies. This is a part-time or full-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your work schedule and balance your personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and interviews

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data, adhering to arenaflex's data management standards
  • Collaborate with our research team to design and implement research studies
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
  • Provide administrative support to our research team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data management software, such as SQL or Oracle

  • Familiarity with research methods and statistical analysis
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
