Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving business growth through our insurance sales and customer support initiatives. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and provide timely and accurate support to meet their needs. This is a remote (flexible) position, allowing you to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide timely and accurate support to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales and customer support initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Characteristics We're Looking For
* Must reside in the USA
- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed

- Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
- Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
