Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized support and guidance, and helping them achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide personalized support via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Proven success in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
