Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide solutions, and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
