Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, text, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, and providing proactive support
  • Becoming an expert in the arenaflex product suite, staying up-to-date on new features and developments
  • Maintaining a high-quality rating by following procedures and acting in the customer's best interest
  • Recording all interactions with customers in our CRM system
  • Meeting evolving department goals and metrics

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience providing support in a customer service environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection
  • Great communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong time-management skills
  • A goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to providing optimal customer support

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills will be beneficial:

  • College degree
  • Experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Appreciation for the outdoors
  • Coachable, empathetic mindset
  • Ability to multitask
