Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Management Services team, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with our support teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Handle high volumes of customer calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

  • Resolve customer issues, including questions, complaints, and inquiries, in a timely and efficient manner
  • Log all calls in our call log database and review call log activity on a daily basis
  • Offer alternative solutions to customers to retain their satisfaction
  • Handle business transactions, including activation of new customer accounts, on a computer terminal
  • Communicate with customers using web-based tools and demonstrate proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Make financial decisions to protect and collect revenues and adjust customer accounts
  • Manage multiple duties at a time, including data entry and customer service work
  • Deliver exceptional client service via telephone, email, and other communication channels
  • Conduct detailed research and address customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide quality service by comprehending procedures and continued product knowledge
  • Prepare activity reports to track performance across our customer base
  • Track issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions from support teams
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or accounting role, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and productive, professional, and courteous manner
  • Superior telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in the most timely and efficient manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate intermediate or advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
