Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing customer orders and inquiries, and becoming a product and solutions expert. You will work in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology.

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
