Yoh has an immediate, 12-month, Temp to Hire contract opportunity, for a Helpdesk Support Professional within the non profit, humanitarian Industry to jour client, Remote, EST hours to report from their office based in Washington, DC

  • Max Hourly Rate $18/hr on a W2
  • 3rd Shift/Overnight- 11pm to 730am with at least 1 weekend shift
  • 9AM-530PM required training for 1.5 months

Location must be clear on resume, EST/CST only

  • Fielding and resolving telephone calls, chat and online portal questions from users seeking guidance
  • Providing first-tier technical support to assist users with questions and/or issues including those regarding hardware, software, access management, process and procedure, and telecom.

  • Associates' Degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically, MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with SharePoint, Project, Access is preferred
