Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on the 1st shift. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Sending test reports and invoices to customers on time
- Laminating and mailing test tags
- Answering incoming calls and emails, following up as needed
- Answering questions received from customers through the live chat help center online
- Receiving and processing requests for sample kits
- Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
What You Need to Succeed
To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you will need:
- Associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Database, QuickBooks, and ISO quality system experience helpful
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent, respectful communication required
