Job Summary

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities
