Your Role as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and care through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, providing empathetic and personalized support
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Upselling and promoting relevant services and products

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A clean and quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection (meet our internet requirements below)

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, we require:

  • Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
