Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You'll be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. You'll build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate our website and online ordering.

Responsibilities

  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with order processing and fulfillment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams.
