Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding support to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent service via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and general product inquiries
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise and effectively resolving them in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
