Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and help them navigate our enrollment tools. Your expertise, empathy, and passion for customer service will make a real difference in the lives of our customers, and we're excited to have you join our team.

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Develop creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop expertise in our enrollment tools and processes
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and customer-centricity
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a Call Center or customer-facing role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay
