Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone calls, email support tickets, and live chat messages. You'll work closely with our internal departments to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled, and you'll be the go-to expert for guiding clients to the correct service based on their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming calls, tickets, and live chat messages from clients

  • Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled
  • Guide clients to the correct service based on their business needs and provided criteria

Requirements

* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong typing and computer skills (40+ wpm)
  • Ability to interface well with all levels of management
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as on your own
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Customer-focused
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly in ever-evolving systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence
