Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide information about our benefits
• Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calling

• Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records using basic computer knowledge
• Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Develop leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintain good customer relations and interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
• Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer relation and communication skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
• Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
• Ability to maintain good customer relations
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
• Team player
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
