Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Advisor – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. What You'll Do:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
• Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
• Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
• Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
• Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
• Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
• The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A flexible schedule with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
• High-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

Requirements:

* 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Have at least six months experience in customer service
• Meet the high-speed internet access requirements
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Training will be 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
• Reside in one of our US hiring zones
