Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative: Property and Casualty Insurance, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with pet parents via phone, email, and chat to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs. You'll be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, building rapport with potential customers, and reinforcing the value of our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies

  • Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
  • Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
  • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

* High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven attendance reliability
  • Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 35 states, but preferably all 50 + D.C.
  • Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment

  • Insurance industry sales experience
  • Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
  • Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
