Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and data collection efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
- Conducting online research studies and focus groups
- Participating in product testing and research trials
- Providing feedback and insights to help inform business decisions
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless data collection and analysis
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis
- Conduct online research studies and focus groups, providing valuable insights and feedback to inform business decisions
- Participate in product testing and research trials, helping us to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Provide feedback and insights to help inform business decisions, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data collection and analysis, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available to you)
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Experience with online research studies and focus groups
- Familiarity with product testing and research trials
Pay and Benefits
* Up to 250 hours per single research study session
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
