Job Summary

As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our credentialing and verification systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise, and you will maintain professional communication with provider offices to request any missing information. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into our credentialing and verification systems with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain professional communication with provider offices to request any missing information
• Check two email accounts daily and stay up-to-date with knowledge checks assigned
• Utilize dual screens and multiple applications to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications on behalf of credentialing applicants and/or applications that are time-sensitive
• Establish priorities and coordinate day-to-day tasks independently
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Possess basic healthcare knowledge and data entry skills, including typing at 25-30 wpm
• Meet minimum internet speed requirements (50 mbps for single users and 100 mbps for multiple users)
• Maintain a secure workspace inside their residence, free from exterior interruptions
• Participate in virtual training sessions and maintain a camera on during all training time and when requested by the client
• Possess a smartphone with an active mobile plan

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Basic healthcare knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to type at 25-30 wpm
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speed requirements
