- Manage and grow an existing book of life and health insurance clients
- Proactively engage clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions

- Work Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time; flexible scheduling on other weekdays with potential for later hours
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and accurate policy processing
- Extensive experience in life and health insurance product sales, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within specified hours
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient with ECRM and sales tracking tools
