Position at VIPRE Security Group The Opportunity: At Vipre Security Group & Logiva, we are seeking a Strategic Channel & Enterprise Manager with a relentless "New Business" mindset. This is a pure Growth & Hunter role. While we have a strong foothold with over 200 partners in Denmark, your role is to lead from the top, driving market expansion and uncovering growth opportunities within our top 25 strategic partners. You’ll be part of a vibrant New Business team in Denmark, while collaborating closely with high-performing colleagues across Europe. Key Responsibilities:- Partner Activation & Hustle: This role goes beyond managing partners; you’ll drive engagement, train their teams on the ground, and ensure Vipre & Logiva become their trusted security solutions.
- Strategic Partner Recruitment: The market is evolving. You will identify and onboard new high-potential partners that can open doors to the Enterprise and Public sectors.
- Channel Marketing Synergy: You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Marketing team to build "market-ready" campaigns. You know what partners need to win, and you’ll help create the tools to make it happen.
- Enterprise & Public Sector Hunting: In collaboration with your partners, you will hunt for new logos in the Enterprise segment and lead the charge on complex public tenders (udbud).
- European Collaboration: You’ll be part of a vibrant New Business team in Denmark (focused on SMB/Mid-market) while collaborating closely with high-performing colleagues across Europe.
- We are looking for a candidate with 5–8+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic channel partnerships, driving growth, and expanding market presence
- You know your way around the Danish IT and cybersecurity industry like the back of your hand.
- The Network: You already have an established network and deep-rooted relationships within the major Danish IT partners and distributors.
- The Hunter Mentality: You are motivated by "New Logo" acquisitions and "New Partner" sign-ups. You thrive on the chase and the win.
- Tender & Enterprise Savvy: You understand the long game of Enterprise sales and the technical/legal complexities of Danish public procurement.
- Strategic Thinker: You can pivot between a high-level strategic discussion with a Partner Director and a tactical "how-to-win" session with an Account Executive.
- Road Warrior: With 50-80 travel days a year, you love being where the business is - at partner sites, customer meetings, or our hubs in Aarhus and Copenhagen.
