Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members, addressing their queries and concerns
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards
• Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people and groups
• A positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong customer relation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain good customer relations
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
